It was my youngest nephew's first birthday yesterday that was supposed to be a day where his smiles and cute little laughter displayed for all with perfect happy pictures. To my disappointment, the little superman looked drowsy, tired and cranky which is a bummer for a first birthday. Nevertheless, it was a good time had, little Dilly managed to still sit up to blow his cake and cut it too. He appeared to have acted courageously in photos but ended up sleeping which he so deserved due to the lack of energy. My heart breaks to see him unwell that I immediately forget about my cough & fever symptoms too. Dilly turned one today and is on the road to recovery & growth!
